The Problem with Black “Intelligence”…

When Everything we Know as Black American’s is flawed and based on erroneous information that is passed on to us by nefarious sources who can then harness and capitalize on our collective Ignorance, it is no wonder Bureaucrats have set up shop in our Government at the intersection of Propaganda and Political Deceit.

The constant conundrum blacks face in America is due, mostly, to perception at any given time. Sadly, under the guise of Democracy, our perceptions have been carefully crafted by a hidden hand who have mastered the arts of deception by any means necessary.

The germ of black perception may never be recognized for as long as it behaves , exactly like the most noxious human diseases they, the said germs have created, themselves.
